“I work collaboratively with you to achieve a more integrated way of being, helping you translate therapy insights into meaningful actions and experiences in your everyday life”

Individual Therapy Sessions

Sessions are typically 50 minutes

My approach to therapy is spending our time figuring out what can be helpful for you in your life outside of therapy, that is going to help you move towards the goals you have for yourself. I offer both short term and long term therapy work, depending on the needs of whoever I work with; I look to work collaboratively with you in order to achieve a more integrated way of being in the world, and of being able to translate and apply the insights of therapy into ongoing, meaningful actions and experiences of living.

Clients can vary considerably in terms of their needs when seeking psychological support. As detailed above, we would start with a comprehensive assessment of your current difficulties, so that a personalised treatment plan can be tailored to your needs.

This can include a range of evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

  • Mindfulness-based therapy
